Early Years Practitioner - EYFS Base - Primary School - Stoke D'Abernon, Cobham (KT11)
Immediate Start - Long-term Role
£90 - £105 per day, term time only
About the Role:
Are you a passionate and qualified Early Years Practitioner ready to nurture young learners and help them thrive? Long Term Futures is delighted to partner with a welcoming primary school in Stoke D'Abernon, Cobham (KT11), seeking a dedicated individual to join their Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team.
This role requires Level 3 Childcare or equivalent and offers flexible hours with shift patterns between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and high-quality learning experiences aligned with the EYFS framework
Provide tailored care and support to children, fostering their physical, emotional, and social development
Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Support children with additional needs, adapting activities to meet their individual requirements
Monitor and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and staff
Ensure safeguarding and health and safety standards are upheld at all times
Adapt to shift patterns and demonstrate flexibility in meeting the needs of the school and childrenWhat We're Looking For:
A Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent (essential)
Experience working in an EYFS setting, ideally within a primary school or nursery environment
A positive and proactive approach to working with young children and supporting their development
Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with staff, children, and parents
