Job Description
Primary Teachers - ECT Terms included - Long Term Full time Primary Teacher role
ECT's Required, Full time, long term roles available. Multiple schools, with Teacher roles in Year 3, EYFS, Year 5, Year 6 & Year 4.
This term, 80% of our Teachers who joined with Aspire for September started with day to day and have now successfully secured long term teacher roles at the school they did day to day shifts in at the start of September.
If you are looking for your next full time role, would like to teach your own class and have a long term role - then please give Mica a call ASAP to discuss the roles we have due to start in January 2025.
What does the role include:
* Provide high quality teaching cover across a range of primary year groups and subjects
* Follow lesson plans and instructions provided by the school, ensuring continuity in the students learning
* Run your own classroom, responsible for all planning and preparation
* Full time Class Teacher
* Create a positive and supportive classroom environment for all students
* Managing student behaviour and maintain discipline effectively and in accordance with school policies
What are we looking for?
* Qualified Teacher status (QTS) - Fully qualified or early career teachers
* Experience working with primary aged students
* A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching and learning
* Ability to adapt in to different classroom environments when required and experience establishing rapport with students
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
