Are you a motivated individual with a passion for real estate? Join our team as a New Homes Sales Consultant at a large development site featuring over 100 units. Help our clients find their dream homes while enjoying a rewarding and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sell new homes on a large development site
* Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
* Guide clients through shared ownership options (preferred experience)
Requirements:
* Proven experience in new homes sales is essential ✅
* Experience with shared ownership is preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills ️
Work Schedule:
* 5 days a week (Thursday – Monday)
