Title: Senior Pre-Construction Manager
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid)
Salary: £75-90,000 + car allowance + bonus + package
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pre-Construction Manager to join a leading name in the UK construction industry who deliver high value complex projects for key clients in the Power & Energy sectors.
With a proven track record in managing pre-construction activities for large-scale infrastructure ventures, you'll lead the coordination of design, procurement, programming, and risk management. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you'll ensure seamless project transitions from concept to construction.

Responsibilities
Lead multi-disciplinary teams through pre-construction, overseeing bid strategies, design development, and project programming.
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
Identify and mitigate project risks early, ensuring robust and resilient solutions are developed.
Work closely with commercial teams to deliver cost-effective, high-value solutions that meet client and business objectives.
Champion cutting-edge technologies, sustainable solutions, and best practices to maintain our market-leading position.
Candidate
You'll be an experienced Pre-Construction Manager or Senior Project Manager with a strong background in major, complex infrastructure projects valued at £50M+. Your expertise will include:
A proven track record in leading pre-construction on complex, multi-stakeholder projects in sectors like transport, energy, water, or civil engineering.
In-depth knowledge of procurement, design, and pre-construction processes.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively under pressure.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
A results-driven mindset, passionate about delivering world-class infrastructure.
