Job Description

We are a 5 bed (EBD) Children’s Residential Home registered with Ofsted. We are recruiting for Experienced Senior Residential Support Workers to join our team who have the passion, drive and enthusiasm needed to provide outstanding care to our Children.

We also provide in-house therapy for all our young people and a high standard of training for all staff.

Hours of work are an average of 40 hours per week, rota based, to meet the needs of the home. You are required to work any day of the week. You are required to sleep-in at the home when on duty.

Salary OTE : £14.50 - £16.00 per hour (OTE £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year) depending on experience (includes sleep-ins - circa £4,000 per year) and possible overtime.

Interview dates: Throughout Dec/Jan

Start date: Jan/Feb 2025

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent - Day shift/sleeps based on rota

Essential Experience:

1. Residential Children’s Home: 2 years

Licence/Certification:

· NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (children) or above

· Full UK Driving Licence is essential
