The Role:
Manage day-to-day operations of the Family Assessment Centre, ensuring a safe and homely environment.
Support parents in reaching their full potential to care for their children.
Safeguard families through effective assessment, planning, and reviews.
Lead, guide, and support the staff team, fostering a culture of excellence.
Contribute to staff recruitment, training, and professional development.
Act as a mentor and role model, upholding the highest standards of care and ethical practice.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent).
A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health & Social Care (or a commitment to completing this qualification).
A minimum of two years' experience in social care.
Proven experience in leading and motivating a team.
A solid understanding of legislation and Ofsted requirements.
Flexibility and a commitment to going the extra mile.
