Creative Production Executive

About the Role
As a Creative Production Executive, you’ll support the Sales team and drive marketing strategy by creating high-quality digital assets, editing professional video content, and designing captivating visuals for both internal and client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Sales/Operations teams to develop storyboards and concepts tailored to client needs.
* Liaise with clients and account managers to keep them informed about project progress.
* Play a proactive role in marketing, including content planning, creation, and social media management.
* Prepare for assigned projects by:
* Visiting sites to capture raw content for specific jobs.
* Coordinating delivery schedules with clients and account managers.
* Testing and implementing content.
* Editing post-production drafts and incorporating client feedback.
* Maintain a safe and sustainable working environment, adhering to Health & Safety regulations.
About You:
* Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and creative production, ideally in AV, events, or marketing.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
* Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to manage projects and thrive under pressure.
* Flexible, adaptable, and proactive approach to work.
* Willingness to travel and work on-site, including overnight stays
