Job Description
Are you a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer seeking a role that offers both professional growth and a rewarding work environment? A prestigious company in Doncaster is searching for a dedicated individual to join their dynamic team.
* Earn £37,300 annually, with an additional shift premium.
* A structured schedule with two shift patterns and three shift patterns alternating through the seasons. Usually Monday to Friday but may involve weekends in peak seasons.
Role Responsibilities:
* Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems and machinery.
* Diagnose and repair mechanical faults to minimise downtime.
* Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Apprentice Trained (NVQ Level 3)
* Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
* Some electrical knowledge required
* Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
* Strong focus on accuracy and quality in all maintenance tasks.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
