Head Chef- West Sussex - 40k

DAYTIME ONLY

40 hours per week, daytime only, working 5 days out of 7 per week including weekends.

Are you fed up of working long hours and late nights? Are you a Head Chef with strong cafe/restaurant experience?

My client is a contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to be based at one of their venues in West Sussex.

I am looking for a Head Chef who has the following:

• Experience at a Head Chef or Sous Chef level

• Able to lead a BOH team

• The ability to work in a fast paced environment

• Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety

• A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce

All candidates applying for thisHead Chefrole must have been in a Head Chef or Sous Chef position within the last year.
