The Opportunity:
We’re seeking an inspiring Electrical Maintenance Training Officer to join the team. This is an opportunity to transform lives and build skills that will help shape your industry. You’ll deliver hands-on training and mentorship, blending technical and teaching to help empower trainees to excel in their careers.
You'll lead on designing engaging lesson plans and nurturing apprentices, with every day bringing new challenges and triumphs as you guide your group toward industry-leading standards.
Your expertise will contribute to maintaining their gold-standard reputation while creating a safe, innovative, and motivational learning environment.
Your core responsibilities:
Mentor and Educate: Deliver training programs aligned with industry and apprenticeship standards, tailoring approaches to ensure every trainee thrives.
Safety First: Uphold our impeccable safety record while embedding health, safety, and environmental values in your trainees.
Innovate: Continuously refine lesson plans, integrate feedback, and adapt your methods to meet the ever-evolving needs of trainees and employers.
Assess and Support: Monitor progress, evaluate competencies, and champion each trainee’s personal and professional growth.
Collaborate: Partner with awarding bodies, employers, and colleagues to maintain seamless, high-quality delivery across programs. What we’re looking for:
Industrial/academic experience at a minimum Level 3 standard.
Five years of hands-on experience in the Electrical Maintenance field.
