Financial Manager

My client is seeking a results-driven Financial Manager to join their team and make an immediate impact. In this role, you will lead the implementation of a robust ERP system, enhancing financial operations and ensuring efficiency. You will oversee the development of costing frameworks and conduct in-depth variance analysis to drive performance improvements. As the financial lead, you will spearhead the budgeting process, create advanced financial models to support business strategies, and provide critical insights to influence strategic decision-making. Leading a team of three skilled Management Accountants, you will foster collaboration, inspire excellence, and ensure operational success. This position requires a proactive individual with a proven track record in operational financial management, a strong background in costing and ERP systems, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
