Pay Grade
£22,687 to £26,850 per annum dependent on experience, plus shift premium
Shift
A/B Shift Rotation (see hours of work for details) –37 hours a week
Position Description; Scope of the role;
Working as part of the Quality team, you will ensure that through various inspection methods, product meets customer requirements.
Where required you will compile quality reports, and work within automated Inspection Cell
The role will also require you to set up and run the part marking process
Main Responsibilities and Activities
Inspection of finished product to meet customer specification
Inspection of intermediate product ensuring correct specification is met
Compilation of quality reports where required
Automated Inspection Cell
Set and run the part marking process
Where required work within other areas of the Quality department
Other duties as deemed relevant in the fulfilment of the position
Experience and Qualifications
Essential
Ability to use various inspection equipment
Good verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and methodical approach to tasks
Ability and willingness to work within a team
Desirable
Engineering knowledge base/ background
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
Computer literate
Possess strong organisational skills
Hours of work
Overtime available when required
A Shift Monday to Thursday 6am to 1:35pm
No Premium Friday 6am to 12:45pm
B Shift Monday to Thursday 1:25pm to 9:05pm
20% Premium Friday 12:35pm to 7pm
