Occupational Therapist
Adult Social Care
Full time locum contract
£33.96p/h (potentially negotiable depending on experience)
Immediate start
Our Local Authority Client are recruiting an Occupational Therapist to support their Adults Social Care Service in Barrow, for a temporary contract initially.
Key responsibilities:
Work in a team to undertake strengths-based assessments and deliver appropriate person-centred support and outcomes for people in Barrow with care and support needs.
Work in ways that promote independence, recognise potential for change, and through excellent practice, enable people to maximise their strengths.
Assess, develop and review individual support/action/risk plans, recommend the appropriate service, monitor outcomes supported by evidence based practice, ensuring personalised outcomes and appropriate interventions are providedRequirements:
Have a degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
Have post qualification experience in health or social care settings.
