Job Description
To coordinate all aspects of clinical governance on behalf of the team at St Magnus and St Martha’s hospitals.
* To collate information required and submit in a timely manner to Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG’s) the contractual agreement requirements for each Individual Patient Agreement.
* To collate and report on all aspects of clinical audit undertaken across both sites, produce quarterly clinical audit reports for the Clinical Management Team.
* To provide incident reports using data from our internal incident management IT system for Managers and the Executive Management Team.
* To monitor policy development across both sites, provide managers with timely reminders for the renewal of policies and to maintain St Magnus and St Martha’s policies on SharePoint
