Business Development Representative Permanent Full-Time
Salary - £30,000 Performance + Commission Bonuses
Location - In office, London

Responsibilities, but are not limited to
Conduct research to identify potential customers and industries that can benefit from powder bed fusion additive manufacturing and 3D printing solutions
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through targeted outreach strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
Qualify outbound leads by understanding their specific needs and aligning them with the company's solutions
Schedule and coordinate initial meetings or calls for senior sales team members, ensuring effective communication with potential clients
Develop a deep understanding of our services to effectively convey the value of our solutions and meet customer needs
Regularly update the CRM system with accurate lead information, tracking activities and outcomes to ensure a streamlined sales process
Monitor industry trends to uncover new business opportunities and inform future outreach strategiesExperiences required
Proven experience in a sales, business development, or lead generation role, ideally within technology, manufacturing, or related industries
Strong outbound communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and engage effectively with potential clients
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to meet targets and drive results
A passion for innovation, technology, and 3D printing is highly desirable
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot) is preferred
A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to handle objections effectively and maintain momentum
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyPackage
