Estimator
Job Location

Job Description
Client:
My client are an established ‘high end contractor’ operating within central London undertaking a range of projects encompassing heavy cut and carve refurbishments, elements of new build, basement excavations, façade retention, prime fit out and sympathetic restoration within the high end residential, commercial, museum, galleries, listed building, healthcare and education sectors. They have been established for over 20 years and typically undertake projects between £4m - £15m in contract value.
Their key focus since their inception has been completing all of their projects to the best possible standard but with a particular focus on the client and professional team by really getting under the skin as to what the client wants and how to make their construction journey as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Off the back of this approach they have built up a very good standing in the marketplace and get a high percentage of recommended work. My client tends to attract candidates from some of the more ‘larger and established’ contractors due to the range and complexity of projects undertaken, but without the politics and red tape when it comes to getting it delivered.
They have built up very close relationships with their supply chain and pride themselves on their payment terms meaning they have the best possible trades available for their projects. Over the years they have managed to maintain a close nit family feel about the business and have a very low churn rate of staff. Candidates join and are treated well and are offered progression and career development.
