Job Description
4Winds, a mental health resource service based in Cardiff is looking to appoint:
Project Worker for one year fixed contract initially (Possibility of extension likely). Hours to be negotiated at start of contract, ideally between 24 - 35 hours weekly.
(Paid at £14.49 per hour, 35 hour full time working week, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays pro rata and 6% employers contribution to pension scheme)
Do you have the skills and experience to work in a small team in a busy, user led mental health resource service offering a range of recovery focussed support, both in one to one emotional support sessions, groups and delivery of training courses? An in-depth knowledge of mental health, experience of working in a mental health or related setting, an ability to provide recovery-focussed support to a wide range of people including those in crisis and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
Closing date for the completed applications: 10am on Thursday 23rd January 2025 Interviews are likely to be held sometime the week commencing 27th January
