Location: Hybrid (40% office after training)

About the Role: Join our dynamic Fraud Team dedicated to safeguarding customers. This role involves case management, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with team members. You'll need a keen eye for detail and the ability to remain compliant with policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage cases with attention to detail.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Collaborate effectively with team members.
Process and manage risks.
Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills.

IT literate and able to hit the ground running.

3-day induction with self-learning in the office
Greater office presence for a 3-to-6-week period
Heavily supported and flexible training
