Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Wigan
Are you an organised and proactive individual looking to contribute your skills in a dynamic office environment? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join a growing team based in Wigan. We are seeking someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to provide exceptional support across multiple areas.
* Process and manage incoming customer enquiries, ensuring efficient handling of new and existing orders.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing complaints.
* Accurately update and maintain customer pricing information and records.
* Create, update, and maintain detailed spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel.
* Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and assisting with office organisation as needed.
Skills & Attributes:
* Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a customer-first approach.
* A good telephone manner and experience with call handling – There will be no cold calling.
* Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel; additional software knowledge is a plus.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
