Location: (Fully office-based role in Duncrue estate, Belfast)

Salary: £25,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience)

The Role

• Processing purchase invoices
• Processing sales activity
• Reconciling bank accounts
• Liaising with client suppliers and making payments
• Processing accruals, prepayments and depreciation
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Maintaining fixed asset registers
• Processing payrolls
• Processing VAT returns
• Assisting with preparation of personal tax returns
• Assisting with preparation of schedules for year-end work for multiple client types

Skills and Qualifications

• Qualified accounts technician
• Minimum 2 years experience in a busy accountancy practice environment
• Attention to detail, accuracy and excellent organisational skills
• The ability to work well in a team environment.
• Experience with Xero, QBO and Dext (Desirable)
