Maintenance Engineer
Location: Sevenoaks

Key Responsibilities:
Service, maintain, and install farming equipment.
Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Preventative maintenance of farming machinery and related equipment.
Out-of-hours technical service on a rota basis.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Build strong relationships with customers and represent the team positively.
Complete administrative tasks promptly and accurately.
Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order.About You:
A mechanical background with an electrical bias.
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills (training provided for the right candidate).
Knowledge of hydraulics, electronics, or pneumatics (advantageous).
Refrigeration or welding skills (desirable but not essential).
Exceptional customer-facing and communication skills.
A proactive, organised, and flexible approach to work.
