Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Head of Accounts to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead and manage all financial processes, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, payment management, and the timely execution of financial tasks. You will oversee daily and monthly financial operations, collaborating with various departments to guarantee smooth and efficient workflows. Additionally, you will play a key role in designing and refining financial processes and budgets to support the company’s growth and efficiency. This role comes with a planned start date!
What’s in it for you/ Benefits:
• £28,000-£29,000 yearly salary
• 9am-5pm Monday-Friday
• Hybrid working available in the near future

Role overview:
You will be responsible for overseeing the creation and processing of invoices, manage banking operations for receivables and payables. The role will also consist of conducting weekly reviews of bank statements to oversee cash flow and financial activity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct weekly reviews of bank statements to oversee cash flow and financial activity. Assist in developing, improving, and implementing financial processes and budgets.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Google applications
• Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure smooth financial operations
• Oversee the creation and processing of invoices
Skills and Experience:
• At least 3 years of experience in an accounting role (Required)
• AAT Level 2 or 3 (Desirable)
• Degree/Master’s in a related field (Desirable)
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial management
