JobOverview:

TheyareseekingadynamicandhighlyorganizedSeniorSales&EventPlannertojointheireliteteam.BasedinSurrey,youwillberesponsiblefordrivingsales,managingclientrelationships,andoverseeingtheseamlessexecutionofeventsacrossthecountyandbeyond.Youwillworkcloselywithclientstounderstandtheirvisionandrequirements,andcoordinatewithourculinaryandoperationsteamstoensurethateverydetailexceedsexpectations.Theidealcandidatewillbeastrongcommunicatorwithexperienceinhigh-endcatering,eventplanning,andsales,andpossesstheabilitytomanagemultiplehigh-pressureeventswithease.


KeyResponsibilities:

Sales&ClientAcquisition:

  • GeneratenewbusinessleadsandmanageincominginquiriesforprivateandcorporateeventsthroughoutSurrey.
  • Conductsitevisitsandconsultationswithprospectiveclientstounderstandtheireventvision.
  • Prepareandpresenttailoredproposalsthathighlightourofferings,pricing,andservices.
  • Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithclients,ensuringhighclientsatisfactionandretention.


EventPlanning&Coordination:

  • Workcloselywithclientstoplaneventlogistics,includingmenuselection,venuesetup,andeventflow.
  • Collaboratewithculinaryandserviceteamstoensureflawlessexecutiononthedayoftheevent.
  • Managetimelines,budgets,andvendorcontractstodelivereventswithinscopeandonbudget.
  • Handleanylast-minutechangesorchallengestoensuretheeventrunssmoothlyandmeetsclientexpectations.


TeamLeadership&Collaboration:

  • Serveastheprimarypointofcontactforclientsfrominitialconsultationtoeventday.
  • Workcross-functionallywithinternalteams(chefs,servicestaff,logistics)toensureseamlesseventdelivery.
  • Trainandoverseeeventstafftoprovideexceptionalserviceandhospitalityon-site.
  • Provideleadershipandproblem-solvingsupportduringeventstoensureclientsatisfaction.


Post-EventFollow-Up&Reporting:

  • Conductpost-eventevaluationswithclientstogatherfeedbackandidentifyareasforimprovement.
  • Preparereportsoneventoutcomes,clientfeedback,andfuturerecommendations.
  • Maintainaccuraterecordsofallevent-relateddocumentation,contracts,andcommunications.


Qualifications&Experience:

  • Provenexperienceinhigh-endeventplanning,cateringsales,orhospitalitymanagement.
  • Strongtrackrecordinsales,clientmanagement,andeventexecutionwithinapremiumserviceenvironment.
  • Exceptionalcommunication,negotiation,andinterpersonalskills.
  • Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectssimultaneouslywithahighdegreeofdetail.
  • Apassionforfood,hospitality,anddeliveringexceptionalcustomerexperiences.
  • ExperiencewithCRMsystems,eventmanagementsoftware,andMicrosoftOfficeSuite.
  • Abilitytoworkflexiblehours,includingevenings,weekends,andholidaysasneededforevents.
