JobOverview:
TheyareseekingadynamicandhighlyorganizedSeniorSales&EventPlannertojointheireliteteam.BasedinSurrey,youwillberesponsiblefordrivingsales,managingclientrelationships,andoverseeingtheseamlessexecutionofeventsacrossthecountyandbeyond.Youwillworkcloselywithclientstounderstandtheirvisionandrequirements,andcoordinatewithourculinaryandoperationsteamstoensurethateverydetailexceedsexpectations.Theidealcandidatewillbeastrongcommunicatorwithexperienceinhigh-endcatering,eventplanning,andsales,andpossesstheabilitytomanagemultiplehigh-pressureeventswithease.
KeyResponsibilities:
Sales&ClientAcquisition:
- GeneratenewbusinessleadsandmanageincominginquiriesforprivateandcorporateeventsthroughoutSurrey.
- Conductsitevisitsandconsultationswithprospectiveclientstounderstandtheireventvision.
- Prepareandpresenttailoredproposalsthathighlightourofferings,pricing,andservices.
- Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithclients,ensuringhighclientsatisfactionandretention.
EventPlanning&Coordination:
- Workcloselywithclientstoplaneventlogistics,includingmenuselection,venuesetup,andeventflow.
- Collaboratewithculinaryandserviceteamstoensureflawlessexecutiononthedayoftheevent.
- Managetimelines,budgets,andvendorcontractstodelivereventswithinscopeandonbudget.
- Handleanylast-minutechangesorchallengestoensuretheeventrunssmoothlyandmeetsclientexpectations.
TeamLeadership&Collaboration:
- Serveastheprimarypointofcontactforclientsfrominitialconsultationtoeventday.
- Workcross-functionallywithinternalteams(chefs,servicestaff,logistics)toensureseamlesseventdelivery.
- Trainandoverseeeventstafftoprovideexceptionalserviceandhospitalityon-site.
- Provideleadershipandproblem-solvingsupportduringeventstoensureclientsatisfaction.
Post-EventFollow-Up&Reporting:
- Conductpost-eventevaluationswithclientstogatherfeedbackandidentifyareasforimprovement.
- Preparereportsoneventoutcomes,clientfeedback,andfuturerecommendations.
- Maintainaccuraterecordsofallevent-relateddocumentation,contracts,andcommunications.
Qualifications&Experience:
- Provenexperienceinhigh-endeventplanning,cateringsales,orhospitalitymanagement.
- Strongtrackrecordinsales,clientmanagement,andeventexecutionwithinapremiumserviceenvironment.
- Exceptionalcommunication,negotiation,andinterpersonalskills.
- Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectssimultaneouslywithahighdegreeofdetail.
- Apassionforfood,hospitality,anddeliveringexceptionalcustomerexperiences.
- ExperiencewithCRMsystems,eventmanagementsoftware,andMicrosoftOfficeSuite.
- Abilitytoworkflexiblehours,includingevenings,weekends,andholidaysasneededforevents.
