We are recruiting for a Shift Engineer for one of the coolest newly opened hotels in Hoxton! Long revered as London's effortlessly cool cultural core, Hoxton's hip new resident has hit the scene. The 26-floor art'otel Hoxton promises a dazzling skyline view, ample gallery space, plus two Banksy originals preserved and on public display. With 357 guest rooms and suites, a lounge, gym and two destination restaurants.

As our Shift Engineer you will receive:

• Salary: £31,320 per annum

As a Master of your craft, you will

• Be available to cover nights as we offer 24 hour maintenance
• Be responsible for carrying out hotel maintenance and PPM tasks.
• Work closely with the Chief Engineer to ensure all department objectives are met within the agreed time frame
• Ensure that all works are carried out safely and to agreed standards.
• Carry out routine spot checks of equipment.
• Ensure that the engineering provision is delivered and meets the departmental objectives.
• Promote a helpful and professional image to guests and other team members by responding with full and positive cooperation to requests received.
• Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude.
