Sellick Partnership are working with a highly regarded leading law firm are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team in Warrington, Cheshire.

The successful candidate should have excellent technical knowledge and a general commercial property background.

The commercial property team advise on the full range of property matters including:

• Sale and purchase of commercial property
• Sale of business assets
• Sale of property at auction
• Landlord and Tenant transactions
• Land registry applications including first registrations, and assisting with adverse possession
