Manage a sales team of 4 people, providing guidance and support
React to incoming enquiries and orders in a timely and efficient manner
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities
Utilise technical knowledge to understand drawings and provide accurate information to customers
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
