Onsite Account Director
Leeds (Based on-site full time)
Negotiable Salary
Due to a fantastic contract win with a prestigious brand within the logistics sector we are now looking to recruit an Onsite Account Director to join our team.
Pin-Point Recruitment is a national recruitment agency supplying temporary & permanent staff across a broad range of sectors throughout the UK. The business has a geographical footprint that stretches from the North East to the South Coast.
You will serve as a liaison between clients and Pin Point, while managing the onsite team to ensure client expectations are met with prompt response.
You will be expected to fulfil all their recruitment needs and provide a consistent presence in the production areas to ensure the smooth running of operations in line with company policies and procedures.
To establish effective working relationships with key client personnel at all levels and provide regular communication and feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management
* Manage time effectively to ensure consistency and Quality of service
* Work with the branch network to identify, pursue, and develop potential sales opportunities to win new contracts and expand existing business.
* Attend Client meeting and provide regular feedback
* Maintain and develop strong client relationships with all levels.
* Have an in-depth understanding of the key features, advantages and benefits of our service.
* Establish goals and objectives for internal teams to follow
* Flexibility with hours to meet the needs of the Clients trading patterns
* Provide solutions on how to improve performance to the client.
* Provide bespoke reports upon client request
* Supervise staff and projects, motivating and mentoring staff to hit goals and produce successful results as well as providing feedback.
Recruitment
* Attract sufficient candidates through ensuring ongoing advertising, recruitment & selection of candidates.
* Maximise the current candidate availability pool through effective management of databases.
* Develop a key understanding of client requirements.
* Ensuring that candidates are best prepared to attend interviews and / or new temporary or permanent roles.
* Providing an effective, ongoing follow up service e.g. ongoing temporary worker management for temporary candidates or ongoing client and candidate follow up reviews after placement.
* Resolve efficiently any queries raised from candidates, workers or clients in a prompt and timely manner.
General
* Maintaining a professional and up-to-date social media profile to use for both business development & recruitment purposes.
* Support the Compliance Team with both internal and external audits
* Understand, and comply with, all company policies, procedures & required regulations & legislation
* Raise any concerns to management.
* Liaise with Head Office staff as required to fulfil duties
* Support the branch with other tasks to ensure high quality service delivery as required
* Out of hours mobile phone cover as required.
Experience & Skills:
Ability to meet business objectives
Proven experience within the recruitment sector
Have a proven background in client management/client development
Ability to think on your feet and think creatively
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Reliable and flexible this is not a 9-5pm Role
Confidence to approach Key personnel at all levels
Excellent time management.
Confidential and professional approach to work
Excellent verbal and written communications with all levels of people internally & externally
Ability to work autonomously, manage own/ demanding workload and prioritise.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
Knowledge of sourcing tools and selection methods for recruiting candidates
Travel is an essential part of the role as you will be need to visit clients face to face. You must hold a current full UK valid driving licence and own transport.
Experience of a fast-paced sales environment
MS Office skills
Experienced user of CRM systems
A mandatory part of the role will be manning the on-call out of hour’s calls for all roles.
