- Conduct pre-delivery testing, installation, and commissioning of tools.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
- Integrate and configure customer PLC systems, conducting system testing and validation.
- Deliver training and ongoing support to customers while identifying additional service opportunities.
- Manage preventative maintenance, calibration, and certification processes for power tools.
- Qualifications: HNC in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Proven ability in engineering or manufacturing, with knowledge of industrial power tools, PLC systems, and network infrastructure.
- Personal Qualities: Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
