Business Support Admin - Swansea - Permanent

Your new company
Your new company is a very well-established and respected organisation, based in the heart of Swansea. My client is seeking an organised and proactive individual who is capable of performing within a varied and busy environment.

Your new role
Your new role as a Business Support Admin is a varied role. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Arranging client meetings and ensuring all required papers are ready beforehand
  • Diary management for partners
  • Handling travel and accomodation arrangements
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Occasional reception cover
  • Undertaking general administration duties

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an experienced Administrator who is a proactive and motivated individual. You will be highly organised and possess effective time management skills. This role is a varied role and so the successful candidate will be an individual who can perform within a varied environment. Experience within a professional service environment is preferable, but is not essential.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £25,000. This is a permanent role with 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday. The holiday allowance is 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays and the organisation offers free on-site parking.
