Maintenance Technician

I am currently working with a specialist bespoke Manufacturer within the Stoke-on-Trent area. This organisation is one of the leading manufacturers of their product in their industry, within the UK.

They are currently looking for a Mechanical Technician on a days-based role to work across the Manufacturing Site.

Reporting to the Maintenance and Engineering Manager.

You will be responsible for:

• Ensure all planned Mechanical maintenance is completed on time and in full
• Maintaining a variety of Production Machinery within a High Technology, Fast Paced Environment
• Assisting in the Installation and Commissioning of Equipment
• Attending breakdowns to resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Identifying long term corrective actions on breakdowns to negate recurrence
• Perform consistent analysis of all equipment to ensure improvement in performance

You will have experience in mechanical maintenance or mechanical installation. You will have gained experienced within an engineering, site or manufacturing environment and have a good understanding of engineering principles.
