The Role

• Driving growth through creative storytelling across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• Ideate, shoot and edit a combination of Hi-res and native UGC video content for both organic and paid media, incorporating a combination of storytelling and scroll-stopping visuals/hooks
• Partner with colleagues in influencer and partnerships to build a community of ambassadors who are passionate about the brand
• Increase engagement through creative copywriting
• Attend industry and community events to ensure you understand what is driving conversation for new and existing customers
• Monitor and report on performance, using insight to escalate growth and create content with the potential to go viral

• Proven experience driving social strategy and delivering best in class social content
• Experienced working in a fast paces and high growth brand
• Passionate about creating social content, with focus on videography and social edits
• Confident in directing and filming content in a busy work environment
