Business Development Sales Support

A leading privately-owned, institutionally-focused investment firm specialising in corporate credit is seeking a proactive and ambitious individual to join their team in a Sales Support function. About the Role

The Sales Support role will play a key role in supporting the firm's sales efforts while getting hands-on experience with client engagement. This hybrid position balances sales support responsibilities with opportunities to develop your own client panel over time, preparing you for a potential transition into sales or other areas within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to manage client queries and provide seamless support.
• Maintain and optimise the Salesforce CRM system to ensure efficient operations.
• Attend client meetings to support sales representatives and gain firsthand experience in client engagement.
• Handle ad-hoc RFPs and other sales documentation.
• Build relationships with new clients while maintaining a strong focus on delivering top-notch support to the sales team.

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or related role
• Familiarity with RFP processes and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about corporate credit and investment strategies.
• A long-term interest in transitioning into sales or other client-facing roles within the firm.
