About the Role

As a Procurement Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and delivering procurement strategies that support innovation and value for money across ICT and Digital categories. Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll oversee tendering, contracting, and supplier management to deliver transformative results.

Your expertise will be essential in:

• Developing category-specific procurement strategies.
• Managing supplier relationships to optimise cost, quality, and service.
• Leading cross-functional teams and driving organisational change.
• Shaping the future of ICT/Digital procurement within a progressive public sector environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Essential Experience: Strong expertise in ICT/Digital category procurement and public sector frameworks.
• Proven ability to analyse markets and deliver sourcing strategies.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Full membership of CIPS or willingness to achieve relevant qualifications.
