About the Role - As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the organisation. Your main responsibilities will include stakeholder management and reporting. You will also be responsible for tracking costs and planning. It is essential that you have a thorough understanding of project management principles and practises, as you will contribute to the overall success of our projects.



Responsibilities


  • Creation and facilitation of new weekly team meetings and external stakeholder engagement.
  • Creation of new project management tools, such as action tracker, milestone tracker, and risk register.
  • Develop, monitor, and report planning and implementation in Zoho and Planisware.
  • Creation of cost tracker, alignment of all cost tools, track and analyse monthly actuals, PO commitments, and forecasting.
  • Strengthen stakeholder links, interdependencies, and risk management.
  • TACT (Test Activity Control Team) support and regular 4-box reporting.


Qualifications


  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Technical engineering understanding/background ideally within Aerospace.
  • Knowledge/awareness of Systems engineering (Test/Design).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Relevant Project Coordination experience in a highly regulated environment (Aviation, Defence, Space preferred).


Required Skills


  • Relevant Project Coordination experience in a highly regulated environment (Aviation, Defence, Space preferred).
  • Awareness of industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritise tasks effectively.


Required Education - Bachelor's degree in mechanical, aerospace, chemical engineering, or a related field desirable.
