HR Operations Lead

MacGregor Black is partnering with a FMCG Business on the search for a HR Operations Lead. This is a role based Wembley.
Key Responsibilities
- People Agenda: Drive and execute the organisation’s people agenda in collaboration with the Head of HR.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the HRBP team, ensuring the cascade of expectations, and enabling them to deliver business-aligned HR solutions.
- Values Integration: Embed the company’s values and principles into HR practices and across the employee lifecycle.
- Early Careers & Graduate Program: Design, roll out, and manage initiatives to attract, develop, and retain early career talent.
- Oversee the implementation and refinement of leadership development programs to nurture a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure HRBP delivery aligns with business objectives, providing strategic support across the organisation.
- Drive best practices and efficiencies in HR operations, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to resolve complex people-related challenges and support change management initiatives.
- Promote a culture of high performance, accountability, and collaboration.
- Act as a role model for agility and resilience, fostering a mindset of adaptability within the team.
- Lead initiatives to boost employee engagement, retention, and alignment with the organisation’s mission.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven track record in a similar leadership role within a fast-paced and high-expectation environment.
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional agility and resilience in navigating dynamic organisational challenges.
- Extensive experience in managing HRBP teams and driving alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
- Demonstrable success in embedding corporate values and principles into HR functions.
- Expertise in designing and implementing early career programs, including graduate recruitment and development.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to effectively engage senior stakeholders.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and organisational development principles.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to commit to a 5-day on-site role.
- A passion for working in a high-energy, results-oriented environment.
