Field Service Engineer – Radiotherapy Hardware, Software and IT
Location: UK - Remote
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience) + Electric Car + Bonus Potential
Travel: National as required in the UK and Ireland (up to 70% travel)

A successful and innovative company, that is a leading supplier of state-of-the-art radiotherapy technologies to the NHS and private hospitals throughout the UK & Ireland. This is a rare opportunity to work in a company that has been working side by side with radiotherapy departments for over 20 years!
You will be a part of a current growth phase in the business, and will play a crucial role, helping customers with the installation, maintenance, training, and support for their critical products within oncology departments.
Why This Role is Your Next Big Move:
Firstly, you must have a full driving Licence and the right to work in the UK.
Secondly, you must also have a technical or engineering background, where you are familiar with the installation and maintenance of medical devices or lab equipment.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support clinical staff as part of the Engineering Team.
- Installation, maintenance, and upgrades of existing clinical installed base.
- Navigating the connectivity of IT equipment to the clinical Network.
- Training of clinical staff and testing of equipment safety on site.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure users get the most from their products
- Provide real feedback from users to aid product development and make a real difference within the company.
- Support customers with day-to-day equipment/software issues to make sure clinics are running smoothly.
About You:
- You have a technical or engineering background, perhaps gained in Radiotherapy, Imaging, Laboratory Equipment or similar sectors.
- You enjoy using your IT skills, understanding system connectivity and learning new software products quickly.
- You have a supportive mentality, always looking help, keen to connect with new stakeholders, build relationships, and provide solutions.
- You value honesty and integrity in everything that you do.
- You are a self-starter who wants to be visible and develop quickly.
- You want to be in a solid, stable environment with the opportunity to learn from the best.
- You want to work in a commercial organisation, but still have clinical contact and work in the healthcare sector.
