Electrical Contracts Manager- Exclusive role

You will be working for busy M&E Contractor based in the Newry area but with projects across NI and ROI. They have recently expanded their operation with the purchase of another M&E company and have big plans for future growth.

You will report into the Operations Director, this role will see you look after New Schools and apartment blocks that are being developed in the Greater Dublin area. It will see you spent a couple of days down there and the rest done from the office. You will effectively manage and correctly coordinate all facets of projects from contract signature, through all phases until handover to the end user.

You will ideally have done a similar role in the past and have a strong history of successful project delivery, including commission, health & safety, installation and reporting. You will be an effective leader and communicator also.
