Private Client Partner / Legal Director - Probate, Wills, and Trusts (8+ PQE)

Location: Worcester

Salary: £90,000 - £135,000 + Bonus

Are you a seasoned Private Client Solicitor with extensive expertise in Probate, Wills, and Trusts?

We are working with a leading law firm in Worcester that is seeking a Partner or Legal Director to join and lead their Wills & Probate department. This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a senior leadership role, shape the future of the department, and deliver outstanding legal services to a diverse and loyal client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing strategic leadership and expert legal advice on complex Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Inheritance Tax Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters, and Trusts.
• Managing high-value and intricate caseloads with professionalism and exceptional client care.
• Mentoring and supervising a team of solicitors and legal professionals, fostering development and excellence.
• Attending client meetings, whether at the office, hospitals, care homes, or their residences, while maintaining exemplary communication and client satisfaction.
• Driving business development initiatives to expand the department’s client base and strengthen existing relationships.
