Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Elevation Recruitment Group’s HR Division is thrilled to be partnering with a leading financial services organisation in Sheffield City Centre to recruit an Interim Senior HR Business Partner.

This 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover) is a fantastic opportunity to drive meaningful change, shape HR strategy, and align it with business goals.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
• Drive cultural change, Wellbeing, Development, and EDI initiatives
• Provide expert guidance on ER cases, talent strategies, and workforce planning
• Lead performance improvement, engagement, and reward initiatives

• Strong generalist HR experience
• Proven expertise in ER, change management, and organisational development
• Confidence in advising managers and delivering impactful HR projects
• A proactive approach and a passion for driving business success through strategic HR
