Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Building Surveyor to join a highly regarded consultancy in Manchester.
The Building Surveyors' role
As the Building Surveyor, you will provide a comprehensive range of Building Surveying services including design and specification, condition surveys, defect analysis, party wall, dilapidations and reinstatement cost assessments.
You will play a key role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with a high-profile client base, becoming a trusted point of contact while delivering exceptional service. The role also involves supporting business development, assisting with project finances, and contributing to the recruitment, mentoring, and leadership of the team.

The Building Surveyor
BSc / MSc in Building Surveying, RICS accredited
Ideally MRICS or actively working towards
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
