Project Manager / Senior Site Manager
£55k - £60k + Car / Allowance + Benefits
My client is an established regional contractor who specialise in delivering quality builds across the commercial and residential sectors for blue chip clients with a company t/o of c£40m.
Due to recent work wins and steady growth, they are seeking to recruit an experience Project Manager or Senior Site Manager to deliver a new build housing development in North Yorkshire
Responsibilities include but not limited to;
Site build from the inception to handover
Health and Safety
Ensuring site is completed to time and budget constraints
Liaison with client and building control
Control and monitoring of sub-contractors
Experience / Qualifications;
Previous new build housing (timber frame) experience is essential
Excellent attention to detail
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
SMSTS
CSCS Management
First Aid Certificate
