Reporting to he Claims Insurance Manager, you will be taught to facilitate a swift and equitable claims resolution, and to provide solid advice on claims issues, both to clients and colleagues.

Requirements for the role

Problem solving and analytical skills to identify the root cause and resolve obstacles
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Strong influencing skills
Relationship building/management
Able to quickly modify priorities/actions in the light of change
Focus on quality, professional standards of delivery and personal growth
Seen by the client as someone who will pull out all the stops but will be honest in managing expectations
Seek to understand the audience and tailor own approach based on this understanding
If you have previous sales abilities and excellent customer service skills then this is the role for you.
