My client is seeking an Engineering Lead to join their dynamic and growing Service Delivery team, ensuring the on time, in budget delivery of all maintenance activities for their clients. Working within the renewables sector and based out of Lowestoft, the company are on an exciting and continuous growth trajectory, providing you with excellent opportunities for development and progression.
What you will be doing as the Service Delivery Lead:
This pivotal position places you at the heart of operations, where your decisions drive productivity and deliver results. You will be responsible for managing the maintenance plan across company and client operations, relating to hard facilities management / engineering activities including electrical, mechanical, fire safety, HVAC, etc..
Conducting meetings to ensure effective coordination and communication.
Managing supply chain relationships and developing manning plans for teams.
Overseeing defect and progress reports, as well as approving RAMS, materials, and staffing for projects.
Reporting directly to the Service Delivery Manager and collaborating closely with the Technical Manager.
As their Service Delivry Lead, what we need from you:
Proven operational leadership experience, ideally from an onsite Engineering (Electrical / Maintenance bias), can be from within manufacturing or other. Alongside skills and experience with suppliers, contracts and operations management.
Strong multi-tasking abilities and the confidence to manage diverse responsibilities across multiple clients.
Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with teams and stakeholders.
