Job Advert: Band 7 CAMHS CPN Team Lead
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Band 7 CAMHS Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join and lead our dedicated team, supporting children and adolescents' mental health. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference while developing your leadership skills.
Role Overview:
Position: Band 7 CAMHS CPN - Team Lead
Location: West Midlands area
Contract: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Rate: £30 per hour (Umbrella)
Duration: Start ASAP, ongoing for a minimum of 3 months
Remote Working: Potential for part remote working
Car Driver: Essential
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and supervise the CAMHS team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support.
Caseload Management: Carry a small caseload of complex cases, delivering specialist assessments and interventions.
Strategic Involvement: Attend management meetings, contributing to service planning and improvement initiatives.
Support and Development: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to enhance their professional growth.
Essential Requirements:
Current NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse (CPN).
Proven experience in CAMHS and managing complex cases.
Leadership or supervisory experience.
Full UK driving license and access to a car for community visits.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
