Quantity Surveyor

Involve recruitment are in search for a Quantity Surveyor for our client a leading New Build and Commercial refurbishment & fitout contractor. We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join the team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing all costs relating to projects and ensuring they are completed within budget.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities

* Evaluate and negotiate contract terms

* Track changes to the design and construction work

* Conduct cost analysis and provide cost forecasts

* Manage project finances and ensure financial records are accurate

* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor

* Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control

* Excellent numerical and analytical skills

* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

* Professional accreditation is desirable
