Job Title: Commercial Administrator

Location: Rochdale

Salary: Up to 26K

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

We are on the hunt for a Commercial Administrator to join our Commercial Team which is headed up by our Commercial Director. We are looking for someone who displays the right values and skills to keep Routes as one of the leading service providers in the north of England.

So, what do you think? If you're interested in joining Routes as a Commercial Administrator, here's what we're looking for from you:

  • Experience of working in a fast paced and demanding environment is a must.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage conflicting priorities is a must.
  • Editing and producing written pieces of work.
  • At least 1 years' experience within the health/ social care industry is desirable
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable speaking to customers
  • Experience of CRM platforms

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, social media platforms, and graphic design tools is beneficial.

Your core role will include:

  • Managing diaries and schedules for the commercial team
  • Administration of CRM and coordinating sales & marketing campaigns
  • Handling of correspondence and communication within the Commercial team and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting the management of the tender pipeline.
  • Reviewing and manage contract portals, identifying new opportunities and protecting existing business
  • Assisting with research and analysis of market trends, competitors, and customer insights.
  • Working with the marketing team, monitoring and reporting on campaigns and programmes.
