This employed Mortgage Advisor job with salary of up to £45,000 and existing clients provided, is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual!

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Mortgage Advisor to join their team and service an existing book of clients. The business regularly works with HNW London based clients, therefore, provides excellent, interesting cases for you to advise on.

Alongside the new and existing clients provided, the business recognises they have a significant untapped protection advice, which would suit a proactive Mortgage Advisor to utilise. Furthermore, the business does have several clients who would require equity release advice, therefore they are seeking an individual holding the relevant equity release qualifications and have experience of advising on this product area.

The team pride themselves on building long term relationships and strive for excellence in their service, based on trust, open communication and honest advice.

Mortgage Advisor Requirements

• You should have 3+ years experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor
• Ideally you should have some Equity Release Experience
• You must hold full CeMAP and CERER or equivalent
