Avocet Legal Careers has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a friendly, ambitious local law firm based in Plymouth.
This role would suit a Paralegal, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor with experience running a Residential Conveyancing caseload. If you are looking for a new challenge and to join an award winning law firm, then this is the vacancy for you!
Residential Conveyancer responsibilities include:
* Running your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters to include purchases, sales, remortgages and transfers of equity
* Providing quality advice to clients
* Working alongside a full-time dedicated Legal Assistant
Residential Conveyancer requirements:
* You will be a Paralegal, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor with experience gained specifically within Residential Conveyancing
* You will be able to run your own caseload (supervision and support is available)
* You will be motivated and ambitious
* You will have exceptional communication skills
