Degree in Finance (Articles advantageous) 3-5 years as a Financial Accountant in a similar role Advanced excel Pastel experience advantageous Exp in Events, Exhibitions a strong recommendation. Work additional hours from time to time on or before the exhibitions DUTIES: Master budget control - input to final reporting. New launch budget preparation and forecasting. Monthly salary budget control – input to final reporting. Post show, journalise all show transaction from WIP to P&L . Finalise numbers on Pastel Group Financial Accounting: Prepare monthly consolidated management accounts Assist the FD with budget preparation Processing of monthly payroll and other month end related costs Maintain, control and accurately report fixed assets Cashflow forecast and maintenance of Group cash for effective optimization weekly and annually Preparation of the weekly sales report for review by the FD/MD Staff management of AP, AR and Junior Bookkeeper and Senior Bookkeeper Prepare all relevant documentation for submission for the final and interim, internal and external audits for the Group.
