Job Description Your responsibilities will be the following: Contact and build networks with existing rental commercial property landlords / agencies who have tenants moving out, to sell the interior design refurb concepts Identifying and evaluating potential business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations. Conducting market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscapes. Developing and implementing strategies to expand the companys market presence. Maintaining relationships with existing clients. Working closely with the business owner on a business growth strategy and devising an action plan with goals and objectives. Qualifications Matric Any Property Qualification (Preferred) Skills Min 10 years in Commercial Property Proficient in MS Office Must have own car and valid license Benefits Commission Petrol Allowance Reimbursement
